EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale ~ Trim Down Thursdays

Although keeping fit or trying to get fit by losing weight doesn’t require tons of fancy equipment or workout gear it does make the journey much easier if you do have some nice tools to aid you in reaching your weight loss goals.  I am super excited to be working with EatSmart again and am excited to share with you another one of their wonderful products.  I was lucky enough to review their Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale late last year and am still using it pretty regularly.  This time around I got the opportunity to test out the EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale which has definitely been a super awesome tool for me so far.

This is not your ordinary run of the mill bathroom scale, this is a multi use secret weapon that every serious health conscious person needs.  You can easily change the weight function to reflect kg. or lb. for whatever you prefer and with a touch of the set button you are able to personalize your scale and it’s several functions based on your height, gender and activity level.  Not only that but you can use the scale for up to 8 people, enough for even a large family to have the benefits for everyone’s use.

With the cutting edge BIA (Bio-Electrical Impedance Analysis) technology (in your bare feet) the scale sends an low level electrical signal through your body fat measuring resistance.  Along with the information you input (gender, height) the scale calculates and stores your % body fat, % body muscle, % body water and bone mass.  Like I said, NOT your average scale!
